My Process

Breaking down the project into four key workstreams.

I took a user-centered and research-driven approach to exploring AI and user trust, combining industry analysis with in-depth user interviews to uncover key insights. By translating these findings into trust-building strategies and designing AI PC experience mockups, I helped shape solutions that align with HP’s innovation vision.
